French holiday flats are small, so please look carefully at the descriptions before choosing. There is almost always a convertible sofa-bed included in the number of sleeping places quoted, so be warned if you don't want to sleep in the sitting-room. Each flat or studio has a kitchen area in the main reception room and a separate bathroom or shower with lavatory.

   

Studios have no separate bedroom. There is usually a sofa-bed for two plus bunk-beds. These can be situated in the sitting-room or in an alcove "cabine", or in the corridor!
A flat for 2 to 4 people usually means a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the sitting-room...
Sheets and towels, bathmats & dishcloths are not provided but can be hired from the Agency if at least one week's notice is given.
