WEEKENDS/ SHORT BREAKS possible, at attractive rates
REDUCTION of 15% for 3 week stay

All charges (water, heating, electricity, cancellation* of the accomodation, and booking fee of 25€) are included in our prices, the sole exception being the tourist tax 0,50 € per person (13 years old and over) per day.

A booking is confirmed only after receiving the deposit of 25% of the price, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival.  We can accept credit card payments (VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS) over the phone. If you do not speak French, please ask for Lu, or send an email to arrange a suitable time to ring.

On the day of arrival, before reception of the keys, the tourist tax is payable as is a deposit of 300€ or 450€ against breakages or cleaning. We charge 24€ per hour for cleaning if the property has been left dirty. Your credit card number will do if you don't have a French cheque. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be ordered in advance provided that a minimum of one week's notice is given... 14€ per bed, 7€  per person for towels. We can also rent properties for shorter breaks (off-season), but only at the last minute, depending on availability...

Be warned! French ski flats are tiny. A flat sleeping 4 - 6 usually means a double bed, 2 bunkbeds and a sofa-bed in the sitting-room.

A studio flat (one room) comprises: convertible sofa-bed (for 2), bunk-beds (sometimes in the corridor) , kitchenette (with 2 electric hotplates, fridge, mini-oven) bathroom (usually with bath) and lavatory.

A studio with alcove can be a bit bigger, with the bunk-beds in the corridor or in an alcove. Occasionally we have studios with a double bed in the alcove...

A flat usually has a sofa-bed in the sitting-room, 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, a kitchenette, bathroom and lavatory
